Garuda Wisnu Kencana is at an altitude of 126 meters above ground level or 263 meters above sea level. In the area of this cultural park, a Balinese landmark was established, namely the statue of Lord Vishnu who was riding a 12-meter-tall Garuda bird. This giant statue is the work of famous Balinese sculptor, I Nyoman Nuarta. This monument is an icon for tourism in Bali and Indonesia.
