Bajaj is a public transportation vehicle and is imported from India. Several years ago the bajaj still used fuel oil mixed with lubricants, resulting in thick smoke when run. Along with government policies to be more environmentally friendly, Bajaj has now been modified using LPG gas
Bajaj can be an alternative when you are in a hurry and do not get the mode of transportation you want.
For travel rates, there is no definite fare standard and you must bargain with the driver before traveling with bajaj. Most drivers also can not speak in English.
