- Monday, 9.30 a.m to learn fish processed cuisine.
- Tuesday and Thursday, tour to the traditional market, then at 8 am then the cooking class begins,
- Wednesday, at 9.30 a.m. Focus on the usual feeding of traditional ceremonies.
- Thursday and Friday visit Gianyar Night Market at 5 pm.

To be more effective, the cooking class is followed by a maximum of 10 participants, the learning process is in English.
