San Francisco International Airport (SFO)

FinanceBuzz found that Virginia's Dulles International Airport (IAD), outside of Washington, D.C., ranked only 43rd out of 45 airports in terms of passenger volumes, but has the highest average airfare price at $408.08. However, IAD's annual growth of $28.92 remains significantly lower than those of San Francisco and Portland.
