Beginning June 10, 2022, tourists from other countries can enter Japan again, but only under certain conditions
Only applied for international travellers arriving in tour groups sponsored by a travel agency licensed in Japan or other receiving organisations located in the country.
Individual tourists will still be banned.
Japan will also increase the daily cap on the number of arrivals to 20,000 from the current 10,000
All visitors have to test negative before travel to Japan
COVID testing and quarantine won’t be required for visitors from the UK and 97 other countries and regions classified as “blue”
Travellers from 99 “yellow” countries, including India and Vietnam, will be exempt from testing and quarantine only if they’re triple vaccinated.
